No. We'll coordinate a convenient pickup and delivery location with you before your scheduled service. 

We currently accept everyday household laundry, including clothing, towels, bed sheets, pillowcases, comforters, and standard blankets.

We do not currently accept down or feather-filled items, duvets, weighted items, electric blankets, pillows, sleeping bags, rugs, pet bedding, "dry-clean-only" or "hand-wash-only" items, or contaminated items.

Please place your laundry in a standard 13-gallon kitchen trash bag.

• Tie the bag securely.

• Please do not overfill the bag.

• Bags should be free of rips or tears to help protect your laundry during pickup and delivery.

• No laundry baskets or hampers, please.

If you have multiple bags, we’ll weigh them all at pickup.

No Need. Just bag your everyday laundry, and we'll take care of the rest. We separate colors and whites when appropriate and follow your laundry preferences if you've provided special instructions. 

As a general guide, one almost full standard-sized kitchen trash bag is typically about 20 lbs of laundry and meets our minimum order. Actual weight will be determined at pickup. Orders below the minimum are charged at the 20-pound ($60) minimum rate. 

After your laundry is weighed at pickup, we'll send you an invoice by email or text. Payment is due before delivery and can be completed securely online using a credit or debit card. 

Pickup is Tuesday, and delivery is Thursday. Most orders are returned within 24–48 hours from pickup. If an unexpected delay occurs, we'll keep you updated.

Of course! Please cancel or reschedule by 5 PM the day before your pickup to avoid a fee. Late cancellations, rescheduling, or missed pickups may be subject to a $10 fee. 

Yes! Your laundry is kept separate and processed as its own order from pickup through delivery.
